Recipe#2 To Juice Carrots In A BlenderFor this recipe, take 500 grams carrots; they should be fresh and tender. Wash the carrots and then soak them in a large pot of water. It is best to peel the skin of carrots, because then they can be easily blended. Take 3 oranges, peel them and take out their seeds. Take a blender and then put the carrots in them, along with the oranges. Put 1 fresh ginger and 1 cup of water, so that it will give a smooth result.
Pass the mixture through a strainer, before serving it to adults and children. While most people don’t peel carrots, and right away put them in a blender, peeling them would make it easier to strain the juice.
