Wide Rows

Wide Rows can be defined as planting along the blocks of the same vegetable. The wide rows shouldn’t be very wide; four foot space is sufficient enough. When a gardener plant wide row, then it lets him cram more plants into a limited space. Moreover, they act as their own mulch, and keep the soil moist most of the time. However, not every crop can be grown in wide rows, like tomatoes or eggplant.

Creating A Path To Walk

To add compost and manure to the vegetable garden is important, which is why it is good to create paths. This will make it easy to navigate the vegetable garden. If someone wants to use a wheelbarrow, then it is best to make the path wider. Even though it would be sacrificing space for growing vegetables, but it will make harvesting easy.
