Can You Mix A Cheesecake By Hand?Cheesecake ingredients are best mixed thoroughly, using a hand mixer. However, if the hand mixer is over used, then the end result would be a very soft cheesecake, which no one would like. To avoid such a mishap, the cheesecake can be mixed using a whisk, but it won’t give the same outcome as a blender or a food processor would give.
Do You Need An Electric Whisk To Make Cheesecake? If someone wants to make their cheesecake better smooth, then they can use an electric whisk. An electric whisk won’t hurt the wrist or the hand, like a hand whisk would. It will be easier to mix all the ingredients using an electric whisk, so the user doesn’t have to put in so much effort.
For the best result, use a blender to blend ingredients. Moreover, don’t put the cheesecake in the fridge, because it won’t sit well. It is best to put the cheesecake in the freezer.
