Recipe#1 To Make Cheesecake With A Blender

Take a medium bowl, and put 1-1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs in it. Add 12 tbsps of melted butter and 1 tbsp sugar in it, then press the mixture into the bottom in a spirngform pan of 9 inches. Transfer the bowl to the freezer, so that it can chill for 30 minutes. When the crust is chilling, take a blender and put 2-8 ounce of cream cheese, 14 ounces of condensed milk, 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, and 4 tbsps of lemon juice. Some chefs add 1 tbsp lemon zest as well, but that is an optional ingredient. Blend until the mixture takes the shape of a puree.

Pour the mixture into the springform pan, and smooth it out using a rubber spatula. Cover the pan using a plastic wrap, and then put it in the freezer for 2 hours. The cheesecake is ready to be served with berries.

Recipe#2 To Makes Cheesecake With A Blender

This is a baking recipe, but involves the use of a blender. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Take 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and milk, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and then put them all in the blender. Blender for several minutes, until the consistency of the ingredients becomes smooth.

Pour the mixture into a spring form pan, but before that, press graham crackers on the bottom. Graham crackers are optional, and are mainly used for the crush underneath the cheesecake. Bake the cake for one hour, or until the center of the cake is set. Don’t serve it right away, but chill overnight.

Can You Mix A Cheesecake By Hand?

Cheesecake ingredients are best mixed thoroughly, using a hand mixer. However, if the hand mixer is over used, then the end result would be a very soft cheesecake, which no one would like. To avoid such a mishap, the cheesecake can be mixed using a whisk, but it won’t give the same outcome as a blender or a food processor would give.

Do You Need An Electric Whisk To Make Cheesecake?

If someone wants to make their cheesecake better smooth, then they can use an electric whisk. An electric whisk won’t hurt the wrist or the hand, like a hand whisk would. It will be easier to mix all the ingredients using an electric whisk, so the user doesn’t have to put in so much effort.

For the best result, use a blender to blend ingredients. Moreover, don’t put the cheesecake in the fridge, because it won’t sit well. It is best to put the cheesecake in the freezer.
